Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD incur a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout via Australia Post.

Delivery times

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Estimated delivery times via Australia Post:

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 3–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days
• Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Please note these are estimates only. During peak periods such as Christmas and sales events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.

Undelivered parcels

If your parcel is undelivered and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at geoffboileau@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
